    BCAA must haves?

So i read an article saying that you need amino acids for your body to use the protien you take in. and that protien powders have those aminos which i do take so i get some amino acids from that. but i was thinking maybe thats not enough or maybe im not getting enough. what foods have amino acids?

Amino acids are the components of all proteins. You honestly don't need BCAAs unless your diet is incredibly deficient.

although both are true, they say that to sell you protein powder obviously.. they don't mention convieniently that REAL FOOD is superior in both situations. not only is it easier for your body to absorb and digest, but it is healthier. you don't see animals in the wild taking amino acids or protein powder for a reason. our pets sometimes need certain things because we feed them crap food. you see the connection? so eat healthy food and take care of your gut health and that is all

You donít need them AT ALL. And protein is made from amino acids.
You may be confusing needing all essential amino acids to make a complete protein. If you eat just beans for a meal that is not a complete protein by itself. Add rice and it is complete. If you supplement essential amino acids with certain meals you will be adding the necessary aminos that your meal is lacking. BCAAs are not your essentials, it would be a product with 9 or more.

I don't think they are a must have. I just eat real food.
