    Cool BCAAs at night? before bed

    Ok, so I read about HGH boost before bed and during bed by using BCAAs, especially in high doses. Does it really work? I'm a bit skeptical on this.

    i take bcaa's and straight glutamine every night right before bed... it is definitely optimal... i assure you of this...

    I always do some Liquid Egg Whites with some BCAA's & Glutamine before bed, with my ZMA......................... JP

    yes, i eat egg whites and wheat/oat bran combo right before bed along with some whey and peanut butter and then also take bcaa's and glutamine... i've been doing this for years and its EXTREMELY effective...

    exactly... it really helps to prevent falling into a catabolic state which is very easy to get into while sleeping... this makes it imperative to get these before bed...
