    Benefits high levels of vitamin C?

    Has anyone done any testing to see if highdosed vitamin C really dose jack squat for cortisol? It would be nice to get to the bottom of this. Most scientist already say that it has no benefit to average people, and can possibly pull zinc and other nutrients out of us. Dose it at least have this one little benefit to bodybuilders?

    I doubt that you'll see a significant impact on cortisol by megadosing it if that's what you're asking.

    when you overdose on any vitamin your body simply will evacuate it out anyway, so there is little point

    There's not ANY benefit beyond the optimal amount (around 200mg). The whole Pauling thing (Nobel prize winner... but not in chemistry) didn't go anywhere
