    Benefits of potassium

I read that potassium is a really important electrolyte because it helps with muscle contractions and it keeps your other electrolytes and minerals add a correct ratio. Do you think that most of us get too much sodium and not enough potassium? So to make up for it should I be eating more vegetables or do I need to take a multivitamin

Potassium is good for muscles contractions and overall health. I use n2guard so it's in there and a part of the formula. I don't use it seperate.

I'd be worried about you over thinking this. Cos too much is as bad as too little. Just eat healthily

You need every day aprox. 4800mgs of Potassium(1 banana is 300mgs), so you need to eat leafy greens, avocados, beetroot and add some supplements, in case you are short from food

I don't recommend taking a separate potassium supplement. Just try to get enough from food and take a good multivitamin like 3D Multi or N2Guard.
