    berberine?

anyone have an experience with berberine? gonna use it to increase insulin sensitivity and just overall better health...iv had highish fasting blood glucose levels for a couple years now, around 100-110. Also my cholesterol tends to be on the high side as well. Does any know of any other strategies to increase insulin sensitivity? besides exercise of course

The nutrient partitioner n2slin from n2bm.com is great. I take 2 capsules 30 minutes before each meal I eat that is carbohydrate heavy.

Cinnamon is a great spice that increases insulin sensitivity.

Chromium is a very important trace mineral that increases insulin sensitivity.

Adding apple cider vinegar to your meals will lower the glycemic load of the meal and increase muscle insulin sensitivity.

Sincerely, I have never used berberine for that purpose, since N2Slin was always my best choice. It works wonders, and I know a lot of people who really felt the difference with it.
