It's not something I have tried personally but it has a lot of positive reviews behind it. It's used to increase muscle insulin sensitivity and lower blood glucose levels after meals. Increasing muscle insulin sensitivity is very important. Here are 3 things I do on a regular basis
1. Cinnamon is a great spice that increases insulin sensitivity.
2. Chromium is a very important trace mineral that increases insulin sensitivity.
3. Adding apple cider vinegar to your meals will lower the glycemic load of the meal and increase muscle insulin sensitivity.
if you want to increase insulin sensitivity then get n2slin.. it really works well
