    Best joint help supplements

It's time- I need to start looking at glucosamine, chondroitin and MSN stuff (think it's MSN- or MSM- whatever)... I've done preliminary research and I'm not super interested in buying something that's super fancy- I just need something that makes me joints feel better- I'm getting creaky and have a significant amount of joint pain from absolutely nothing.

My knee is bothering me the most- and it's 100% fine while lifting- but just walking around and squatting down is a chore.

so- any body have suggestions on winners or losers? I saw the Kirkland brand had pretty good reviews- actually to be fair- almost every brand that popped up on Amazon - I mean the top like TEN products- were all rated at 4-4.5 of 5 stars- so not so helpful.

does it matter if it's fitness oriented? or is glucosamine glucosamine glucosamine the same as long as it's the main ingredient?

I'm getting older and my joints have had there fair share of abuse. I've been using nutricost glucosamine sulfate for joint health and various brands of turmeric to mitigate inflammation with satisfactory results.

All those things can help but honestly if joints hurt it's your body telling you to back off a bit. Listen to your body. Trust me I know all about creaking and aching joints. I'm 45 and I lift pretty damn heavy

I don't take anything for my joints. If they hurt excessively I'm going something wrong
