My doctor ran bloods and a checkup and said I should consider getting on a good quality multi vitamin. I am 64 years old and I don't move the way i used to. geting a lot of cracking when i play sports and walk. what is the best multi vitamin on the market for me to get that isn't expensive?

I'm currently taking a "Silver 50+" men's multivitamin, along with CoQ10, fish oil, magnesium, and potassium supplements. My energy is also gobbed better since I've started taking elderberry per day as well which depends on how balanced my diet is.

Update: I just did a Google news search for Elderberry, looks like it's being peddled as an alternative to Tamiflu.

I’ve read one study on immunedefence where it seems like the conclusions are that elderberry has been shown to be more effective in a few trials vs placebo
