    Best Night Time Recovery Supplement

    Long time reader, First time poster!

    I was a long time MusclePharm Bullet Proof fan. It was a sad day to see MusclePharm replace it with Iron Dream.

    I work power plant outages, 7/12's, so sleep is very important to me. On gym days I am lucky if I get 6 hours of sleep. I loved the way Bullet Proof, put you down, kept you out, and then gave you the get the hell out of bed feeling in the morning.

    I have been using Ronnie Coleman's signature series Resurrect-PM for awhile now. I don't see the knock-out effect, but working 7/12's I don't have that problem anyway. I do feel more recovered while taking the Ressurect-PM than when I don't. But it lacks the power replenishment waking up effect that Bulletproof had. My only downfall is the struggle of getting out of bed to hit the gym before work. With Bulletproof I didn't have that problem.

    I was wondering if anyone has came across another supplement similar to the effects Bulletproof had? I have read that Lecheek's Mass HGH, has that powerful waking up feeling, just wondering if there were any others out there?

    I'm a big fan of clean, additive free protein powders. I mean if wer gonna be drinking these shakes 2-3 times a day for the rest of our lives, we should make sure it's the closest thing to real clean food. So I'd suggest for nighttime, use protein factory's heliogen casein with a half scoop of bio-serum 1. You would love it and you will thank your lucky stars you started

    Just maybe get a good meal in before bed, and do your best to get MORE sleep. You need ample sleep for recovery. A supplement can't replace that

    believe it or not the best way to maximize sleep is through hydration.

    your body will have to do less work while it's sleeping if you go to bed hydrated and you will get better sleep in less time

    Phenibut if its still out there, most of the good night time recovery supps had it but its manufactured in China so its not a supplement. I know Amazon.com went through and started removing all the products that had the ingredient. I bought Primaforce Phenibut, about 400 servings for $20 . Takes about 3 servings for me now when I use it...but doesn't knock you out, just allows you to go into deep sleep after you are asleep. I use it as needed to max recovery overnight.

    I came in to recommend Resurrect PM. I've tried a lot of sleep aid supplements and that was the best, for me at least.

    Most of them either don't work or leave me feeling hungover upon waking for a while.
