I wanted to know which product I should be looking for in regards to recovery in a hot bath. I have heard of magnesium salts. But I wanted to know for sure before I buy any.
Haven't taken a bath in like 10 years. But my kids love this purple shit from bath n body works. It's a "salt" that blows up into bubbles when it hits the water. lol
I don't take baths but when I did i tried every herb, salt, blah blah blah. this was when i was an endurance athlete and was training crazy fucking shit. NONE OF THAT DOES SHIT vs. simply getting more sleep and learning to space out meals so your body isn't spending 18 hours a day digesting
