I have a real problem sleeping these days and I cant figure it out. I am not a coffee drinker. I dont take any medications. I probably get 2-4 hours of sleep a night and struggle in a lot of my workouts/job. I know I’m lacking sleep, but I cant get any of it in! I have been combing through the internet looking for possible solutions. My question here is does Growth hormone help with sleep ? I dont really want to take it as I am 28 but if it can give me more deep and restful sleep I am all for it. Let me know what you guys think.
