    Best supps for athletes

I wanted to know what most pro athletes are taking that is legal? Could you guys share a few items that you believe a pro would be taking and let me know which brands are the best?

Same as anyone else. Ask a pro. People think they have access to secret stuff - not so

pro bodybuilders or pro athletes in general?

pro bodybuilders take whatever their sponsors throw at them since it is all free and then cherry pick from there what they like. a lot of test boosters, organ support, probably whey protein if they can tolerate, multi's it etc

Same as anyone else. They're no pro athletes because of supps.

They're probably taking your typical health/wellness supplements. Fish oil, multi vitamin, greens powder etc

Probably exactly the same supplements we all are taking. No one becomes a professional because of supplements.

The key for those guys is their diets have to be near perfect. Supplements just cap it off. I think of things like creatine, a multivitamin, fish oil.
