    best thing after a workout

    Okay so I workout very late then I have to go to work the night shift at a market as security. what is the best way to manage that schedule considering it is usually an 8-10 hour shift before i get to go home

    That's up to you. There's not really any great issue in training then going to work. It's hard to begin with then you'll adapt. Security isn't too (usually) physically hard train, eat, work and rest.

    there isn't a magic formula here

    humans are not nocturnal and before another idiot comes on here and wants to argue this with me humans can't see in the dark and are inherently scared of the dark for a reason

    however too many people are forced to work at night to make a living or spend all night partying etc. that schedule and lifestyle will GREATLY affect your ability to be successful in fitness. my advice? get a job where you work during the day and if you can't then make the best out of things for now.

    there is no best way... just work and somewhere along the day get a workout in.

    Theres no right or wrong way to do it. Just get it in. Making time for a workout is usually some sort of sacrifice for everyone. I get up at 4 am to get mine in
