I was recommended naproxen for inflammation but I dont have experience with it. Does anyone have other alternatives that work very well?

I have an in-depth article coming out on inflammation and joint health soon. I should have it finished tomorrow and it’ll be published soon after that.

The best supplements for reducing inflammation are:
Omega 3 (fish/krill oil)
Turmeric
Alpha lipoic acid

So try it.

Naproxen is just the active ingredient in Alieve. It isn't much different that something like Advil (ibuprofen). Those are fine if you have a headache or minor injury. If you are talking about everyday life then make sure you are getting in enough omega 3's and really eliminate foods like breads, dairy, soy.
