    Best things things to take to cut?

    Hey started cutting today, do I need to add these? Already taken whey protein (morining), Protein isloate after workout, and casein at night.

    1) BCAA tablets?
    2)pure L-Glutamine powder? I dont really get sore to be honest
    And if so, when best to take them? When to take them?

    No you don't need to add either, and honestly you probably don't need the protein shakes if your diet is still ok. In any case I would lose the casein shake before bed. It will work against your goals.

    Yeah if you’re really looking to cut the goal is not to eat more but to be at a slight deficit. Calculate how many calories you’re eating daily and try to eat under 500 calories. Continue to train hard.

    If your diet is a top notch, you don't need any of those that you mentioned. The secret is good food, good sleep and good training.
    Not good supplements every day.
