    Best time to take?

    I wanted to know when the best time of the day is to take creatine? I was thinking to take everything in the morning. So when I work out at lunch its already in my system. What do you guys think ?

    Some say before workout and some say after. I've come to believe it really doesnt matter when as long as yoire taking it daily

    Doesn't matter when you take it. Adding it into your pre workout or post workout shake would probably be the easiest

    To me it makes no difference. Some people will say there is better absorption when taken around training time but I am not sure how much of a difference that actually makes.

    It doesn't matter how you time it.
    Just take it regularly and the muscle stores get filled up eventually.
