    Best way to get most out of supps

    I'm looking to get the most out of my supplement routine
    I'm currently working out at around 7:00 a.m. in the morning and I do about a 1 hour workout
    I like to take something on the way with me in the car because my gym is about 30 minutes away and then from there I go to work which is about 10 minutes away. what do you recommend I take on the way to work and then on the way to the gym earlier

    if you find yourself tired in the morning then go to bed earlier. train your body to sleep on a new schedule where you wake up earlier and go to sleep earlier. might need some sleep supps initially

    I suggest taking some protein powder like a shake and some ostazol.
