I'm looking to get the most out of my supplement routine
I'm currently working out at around 7:00 a.m. in the morning and I do about a 1 hour workout
I like to take something on the way with me in the car because my gym is about 30 minutes away and then from there I go to work which is about 10 minutes away. what do you recommend I take on the way to work and then on the way to the gym earlier
