    Which is better for fat loss?

    What's better to lose fat? Green tea or CLA?

    I've got a tub of disgusting Maximuscle promax diet atm
    but i'm not gna make the mistake of buying another one
    so i'm wondering if i wna buy in tablet form, what would be better i.e. faster fat loss?

    cla or green tea?

    None of those are going to make a big difference to be honest. First and foremost is adjusting your diet and training. Adding in cardazol and cardarine from esarms.com can really give you that extra kick.

    Neither one is much of anything to be honest. Diet is they key. A good option is cardarine and cardazol from www.esarms.com

    Diet and excercise is a big part of fat loss.you can work your ass off,but at end of day if your fueling your body with crap that's what your gonna get for results.diet especially can be a common issue for people.
