    Blood type diets

    I read a while back about Type A bloodtypes having higher levels of cortisol than other blood types. I did some googling, and about all I can find is ONE doctor, selling a book, that has dietary advice, etc. pertaining to people of different blood types. I am type A, so this kind of struck me. He advised going the vegetarian route, staying away from animal meat and fat. Get proteins mostly from soy, etc.

    He goes on to describe the higher level of cortisol for Type A. This is understandable, but most of the things he advises to avoid would be similar for anyone IMO. Anyone know much about diets for specific blood types?

    This sounds like a pile of Dr. Oz-ish bull crap to me. I'd like to see somenpeer reviewed studies backing his claim.

    this blood type dieting got a lot of looks a few years back man, it isn't anything new

    i would view it for entertainment purposes only

    human beings have been around for 2M years and we know what we are supposed to eat.. stick to natural organicwhole foods. avoid processed foods. #1 thing is to understand the difference between the two. and no bacon and hot dogs aren't natural foods. neither is an egg laid by a sick chicken that was in a cage given hormones and shit to eat. if you understand this logic you will make much better choices
