    Bodybuilding breakfast and supplements

    I wanted to get some ping pong questions about using different ingredients with breakfast. This morning I made steak, eggs, and broccoli all in one. Seem like something that you would eat for dinner but it tasted pretty good for breakfast.My question is do I need to add any whey protein or supplements to this breakfast or is it breakfast enough

    That's a big breakfast steak, eggs I would add some oatmeal to it for sure at least a bowl. Get the complex carbs up, add some whey protein into the oatmeal for sure.

    You may get enough protein from natural sources and if not add some whey
