    Bone broth protein

I came across this stuff online by ancient nutrition and wondering if anyone has tried it. If so notice any difference in recovery compared to regular old whey? It is being marketed as good for joints.

Boiled bone. Hmm. Of the two I think I'd rather make my own.

You get protein from the food you eat. I wouldn't really be supplementing unless you are eating almost no protein.
