    breakfast powders in drinks?

    Rather than eating a big breakfast of a typical bodybuilder I was wondering if blending veggies, protein powder, and some fruit instead would be a good breakfast. do any of you do this and if so do you see a big improvement in your lifts? I am 22 years old and looking to get any edge I can to grow some more muscle.

    It would be fine if you were in a hurry or something but you really want to eat whole foods. Protein powder is not the best option. Have eggs instead for breakfast.

    If you want to go for it. Not a thing wrong with it other than That doesn't sound very appealing to mix together to me personally

    IMO these work best when youíre in a pinch. Itís mostly liquid and wonít fill you up for long. If anything just make some hard boiled eggs the night before. Theyíre mad portable and easy to eat on the go
