    Caffeine increase metabolism ?

i started using caffeine on my last cut to increase metabolism.

however, i just read that long term use of caffeine can infact decrease your metabolism, so in effect making it easier to gain weight on a bulk, is this true

I don't have any information to confirm or deny that hypothesis, but it would not be greatly surprising.

it will suppress adrenaline of course

metabolism is a very misunderstood term that guys spout around with zero evidence. the truth is your metabolism is affected most by deficiencies in nutrition. you see all these people going on thyroid meds these days, it is from eating processed junk and dead foods from depleted soil

Caffeine is stimulant and therefore an appetite suppressor. I'm not sure of its affect on metabolism.
