    Can supplements fight cancer?

I know a lot of people who have gotten cancer and also it runs in my family. I'm a little worried because I abused steroids when I was younger and also ran a bunch of human growth hormone. What are some supplements I can start taking today to help combat cancer?

indole 3 carbinol is a compound from veggies that can be made into a supplement. it has cancer fighting properties

also cancer is more about keeping a strong immune system and avoiding carcinogens then 'taking something'

fasting is a huge fighter of cancer cells and also boosts immune health
