    Casein or cottage cheese?

    I am contemplating buying casein protein to have at night before bed. It is a little expensive, so I was just wondering if it is just as good to eat some cottage cheese. If casein is better, what is a good brand to buy?

    you don't want to consume dairy or slow digesting things before bed

    this nonsense was started in the 80's by supplement companies and it is junk science. when you consume slow digesting foods then go to sleep you INHIBIT recovery and repair. you are screwing yourself

    If I would have to choose, I would choose the cheese, but you don't have to eat before bed. It's not giving you a good sleep!
