centrum one a day

There is a special at my local supermarket for these, they are dirt cheap about $10 each bottle. Do you guys think this is a good buy and should I take these centrum one a day for a couple of months as my main multi-vitamin?

I know a lot of guys here don't prefer centrum as their main multivitamin but you have to respect the "one a day" brand has been around for 70 years. The have a nice wide selection of multivitamins to fit everyone, they even make a "centrum silver" version.

It seems that centrum is owned by Bayer, Pfizer and you guys know those two lab make legit products like Viagra and Testosterone to be exact. So a multivitamin should be easy right?

I was never a big fan of centrum and their whole gimmick of A through Z. I have tried some bottles like when I left my 3D Multivitamin at home for a trip and centrum is all I could buy at the airport. But I have always looked for better macros on a multivitamin than what centrum is offering.

A centrum one a day multivitamin is pretty much useless. The formula uses cheap mineral oxides which have a 4-6% absorption rate. The amount of B-vitamins and anti-oxidants are no where near sufficient for a hard training athlete.

Get Ruthless 3D instead. It is not expensive and uses only amino acid chelated minerals which have the highest absorption rate out of any supplemental mineral. It also has additional anti-oxidants and B-vitamins. It was formulated with the hard training athlete in mind.

3D by N2BM is superior in every regard to Centrum. Actually, I have been using Centrum for a long time, but ever since I made the switch to 3D, I really felt the difference, and never looked back.

This is a prime example of getting what you pay for. A multi vitamin is giving you adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals that you may not be receiving in your everyday diet. Therefore choosing a good quality multi is important or its just being wasted.

Centrum is one of those Brands that has always made me Laugh.

If you look at the Label on Centrum Performance for Men.

You'll see at the Bottom, "Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil".

That exactly what a Growing Body Needs (lol)................................... JP

And the amount of B-Vitamins are like an Afterthought.
Look at the Meager Ingredients, it's some kind of "Bad Joke".

If you dont have it in the budget for Orange Triad or Animal Pak, Centrum is better than nothing.
Hell i even taken some good kids vitamins.

Centrum one a day: These are multivitamins for the common folks and not for the steroid user. You need something way more complete than any centrum if you are going to be pushing steroids and sarms into your system. But like some of the guys said, some centrum silver can be better than nothing at all.
