supp companies use every dirty trick to fool people that way

you should pay most attention to the ingredients. they don't have to list refined oils, artificial sweeteners, dyes, and other trash that doesn't belong in our bodies as sugar. so saying it has 2g of sugar means absolutely nothing in real life

It may have 25g of protein but the scoop is 42g. That means only around 60% of it is protein and the rest if filler and junk. You get what you pay for.
