    Collagen Any scientific proof that this stuff will prevent or reduce stretch marks for people who exercise and are losing weight?

    I take collagen daily, and it doesn't do anything for stretch marks that I can tell. It does make my skin feel a little better and tighter though.

    Absolutely agree. Jump on it ASAP. Stay on preventative if your bulking.

    My rear delts, chest and thighs have growth marks streaking across them. Iíve tried many things to get rid of them.
    All Iíve been able to do is stop the spread and even out the colour with tanning.

    This winter I added close to 15 lbs, no new marks or spreads!
