    Combined supps too high?

I take a multi-vitamin daily. It contains 15 mg of zinc. The calcium I take contains 25 mg of zinc. The multi also contains 100 mg of magnesium, and the calcium has 400 mg magnesium. Can anyone please tell me if those amounts are too high when combined?! I've tried to do research online, but have come up with so many different answers that it's too confusing.

    What can be confusing is:
typical intake - as in the average Joe amount
    RDA - what is recommended
    ODA - what's best

    vs

Too much. For that google lethal or toxic dose. Also side effects of taking too much.

It's not a dangerous amount, but not necessarily needed either.
