Ive been doing some reading on zma and Im getting some conflicting reports on it. Just about all the sources Ive read say this increases sleep quality. Some sources say it works as a test boost or helps with the production of testosterone. Im interested in the good sleep but Im 35 yrs, so a boost in test. would be good too. What has been your experience with it? good sleep? good boost in test? Both? Also, Im sure Ill be looking for a good test boost in the future after Ive done some research so a t-boost recommendation is also welcome. thanks
