I'm 10 weeks out from my very first classic physique competiton and I'm looking for advice on diet, specifically on macro splits going into contest prep - the contest is a qualifier for the arnold classic AU which will take place 4 weeks after. Comp #1 17/2/19 & comp #2 17/3/19
I am 6'4 249lbs and 8-9% bf. My current diet revolves around a split of 310/310/85 (P/C/F) - this is supposedly a quick 2 week mini cut which will end next on 16/12/18
