    Cortisol blocker

So I was curious what the general opinion is on cortisol blockers. Do they actually work? Waste of money? If they do work, which would you recommend with just the basic, no extra caffeine, vitamins, blah blah blah, etc, just straight basic stuff. Any feedback is appreciated.

I use ashwagandha. Honestly, can't say if it makes a difference, but I'll stay with it.

I'd recommend the basic PLUS any product that MIGHT work = double whammy

Ashwagandha is a good one, planning on trying it out in the near future.
Other than that sarms like ostarine can be very beneficial in this regard too. If you need a discount code hit me up.

you need cortisol guys. the problem is guys have TOO MUCH cortisol and it will hinder for sure

eating a healthy whole food diet rich in organic fruits/veggies and proper sleep will be the big help. not over exercising, and finally reducing stress. supplements like n2guard do contain anti cortisol compounds so use that
