I pulled a muscle in my ribs. Hurts when I breathe in. What would be a good product I can take to help with recovery ?

I don't think those creams are gonna do much for you.
Just rest and let your body heal and recover.

Make sure to take care your nutrition even if you cannot train.
First of all get enough protein to minimize muscle loss. I'd say it would be probably good idea to bump it up a little bit in your case.
Eat foods that are high in vitamin C and A and antioxidants.
And last but not least omega 3 fats to help reduce the inflammation.

I would just take it easy. Eat well and sleep as much as possible.

Don't rub it with a cream. Rub it with a juice - pussy juice. It's a cure all.

I strained an intercostal muscle about a month and a half ago deadlifting. Sharp pain in the rib area just below my left pec. And lord help me if I sneezed. Could be what you may have going on. Fortunately, it was a minor strain and healed on it's own with proper ice/heat protocol and rest.

Creams are more for general muscle soreness, not actual injuries. Injuries take time to heal. If the pain is really bad then just take some advil. If you don't need it just give it the proper time to heal.
