    It'll say what to use right there on the tub. It's usually 5g. You'll pee out what you don't need.

    3 to 5g is the standard dosage. If you want to do that loading thing you take around 20g daily for 5 to 7 days.
    There can be certain side effects associated with very high intakes of it such as stomach upset and nausea but it varies from person to person.

    Creatine is the easiest supplement to take. Just take 5g per day for as long as you want. No need to cycle on and off, dose higher, or load. You get it in food anyways. For some reason, people have this perception that creating is a PED. No clue why.

    I'm 190 at 5'7", 3.5g is more than enough for me .. 3 grams is the most anyone under 200 will ever need .. I use 3.5 because the pills come dosed at 3.5
