    creatine

    You guys even mess with creatine while blasting? Or is it overkill as for water retention? Any thoughts?
    what would the dose be

    If I was supplementing with it before then I would. Dosage is 5g per day.....every day

    There have been studies that show creatine and steroids together create more muscle fibre. I use it all year un-religiously lol it's in food we eat too. Your body can only absorb so much.

    I don't blast but I don't see any problem using it while on cycle. It's not gonna make you retain that much more water.
    Like said 5g is the typical dose.

    What I would be interested in knowing is what's the point of using it when you are already on bunch of drugs? Do you think it's really going to add that much more benefit to your stack? I highly doubt that.

    I use creatine year round. It is cheap and will only help you whether on or off

    I use it year round too......whether on or off cycle. It is a cheap, safe, and effective supplement.

    I don't blast and cruise .. but sometimes I just chose to stop creatine for a bit like in my last cycle and it was a bulking cycle .. I've used it with test/dbol before and I was okay

    It's in your diet naturally occurring. Most Joes have 120g in their cells. Ergo cycling off is pointless. And unless you're very lean (sub 8%) there's no difference to be seen with taking it on or off cycle
