    Creatine and caffeine

I want to start using creatine monohydrate (for a starter) and was wondering if caffeine at the same time is an issue? BTW, I'm new, HELLO!

A couple of studies suggest it makes a SMALL difference. Like TINY.

creatine is the most overblowns upplement out there because doctors conflate creatine with the kidneys and creatinine.. which is not the same thing

next time tell a doctor that creatine is found in foods we eat everyday, if it was so dangerous we all would be dead

I think it's based on the fact that if you drink a lot of coffee it dehydrates you to some degree which means you are a probably better of upping your water intake a bit.

Need a source for Sarms or N2BM products in Finland?

IIRC it was that the caffeine negated (a little) the uptake.

I don't think there will be an issue with those two combined
