    Creatine cycling

I've been taking 5g of creatine for the past month and a half - 2 months. Should i take a month off? Right now I'm working on cutting a little more and i think the creatine may be a minor reason why im not able to look as cut as i should be.

There's no need to cycle off. However, some (a few) do find it holds a tiny bit of water under the skin.

There's no need to cycle off creatine. Just don't use more than the 5g a day recommended

Try it see what happens. You have to experiment for yourself.

you should cycle off everything every now and then to give the body a break. every 3 months take a 72 hour fast away from everything including food. that will work fine. and maybe once a year do a prolong fast. just drink water during that time. your body has creatine inside it already so you will be fine.
Now taking clients for 1 on 1 consults via skype. hit me up

You're probably just not cutting like you think. You can drop creatine but that's not your problem

I think there's no need to cut off, but I do cut off my supplements every 1 month to pause.

Definitely no need to cut off, however taking some breaks every now and then will be great for your body to adapt to also some natural proteins, eat more natural foods and you will be felling even better!

there's no need to do cuts off with creatine, but if you're felling the need, do it.
however stop doing it, its not worth it.
