    creatine ethyl ester vs. Mono

I am looking at the differences between creatine ethyl ester vs. Monohydrate creatine, some places claim the CEE is superior due to better absorption. Does this mean I should pay more for it and forget the monohydate or do they both have their places? I read some studies that it is better for my bloating too since it doesn’t get inflamed in the intestines.

Ethyl ester creatine absorbs better and is much better quality, no stomach issues from it too. I would stay away from monohydrate if you could. HCL is good too.

Just go with mono. Its the most tested and proven bodybuilding supplement in history. CEE is just a marketing tool that amounts to nothing

I recommend trying both, feel the effect and choose what suits you best. I'll tell you more - regular creatine from different manufacturers can have different effects on you.

I recommend trying Ancient Strength from N2BM. It is super convenient being in tablet form and also is just pure creatine. No additives, fillers, artificial colours or flavours, no caffeine, etc.
***Canadians, hit me up on Wickr Mobile (MasonicBB) for my steroid source***

I've always had great luck with the classic monohydrate ever since the days of Phosphagen, not sure much more is needed for me but in my case, I have great gut health and so most things I eat sit well with me. All of the new creatine forms are all meant to absorb better and give you fewer gut issues, I think if everyone really just tried to fix their gut health by proper use of fiber and probiotics, I think we would all feel much better.
