    Creatine levels

    Hi all,

Sorry if these questions have been asked before, but I can't find any real answers so thought it easier to just ask. Can I ask what is expected when you stop taking creatine? I know yoir creatine levels will return to normal and your muscle size may shrink a little due to the water, but is this noticable size you loose?

And what about strength? Do you loose strength too?

I want to start taking creatine as I've heard so many good things about it, but don't want to become reliant on a supplement.

Or if you diet is in check, is creatine even worth it?

    Thanks

Creatine is a nice safe add that is inexpensive and will actually give you a mild benefit. If you eventually come off, you should not see any strength loss if you keep training.

It is what it is and you need to learn to deal with it. If your diet is high in red meat you might not see much of a difference.

It's not as substantial of a benefit to see any dramatic loss coming off of it.

I dont believe you will see drastic changes if your creatine levels are lower.

It won't make much of a difference if you continue training hard.
