    Lightbulb creatine monohydrate vs. what

I checked this 3 creatine combination, state of the art shit, but not sure if thats really worth it. Thinking of sticking to the old monohydrate creatine and not spending on a 3 creatine stack.

There is absolutely no need to get that overpriced creatine. Stick to tried and true mono hydrate powder. You can't go wrong with it

I Mainly use "Creapure", because it's Micronized, and the Price isn't Too High.
Sometimes I use "Kre-Alkalyn", if I'm on the go.................................... JP
    P.S.
    Here's an Article on Creatine.

there are several types of creatine for a reason... nitrate and monohydrate are completely different... nitrate does not hold any water whatsoever where as monohydrate most certainly will... its also much cheaper because its not as high of quality as some others... if your just after straight mass, don't care about water etc... then monohydrate is your choice... there most certainly are differences or there wouldn't be so many options... yes, essentially they are all creatine but there are different types, with different functions and different quality... its like protein... its all protein but it's different... isolate vs. casein for example... one is fast acting, one is slow digesting... multiple differences throughout... same with creatine... they would not have all these options and types if they were all the same...
