    creatine supplements

I already know that creatine is in our foods, but which foods specifically have the most of them in your opinion? i read it is mostly animal products but wasn't sure so wanted to check. also is it true that creatine should be supplemented if you want the best results and which brand do you like

Yes its high in a lot of meats, especially red meat. Brand doesnt matter. Just pick up some creatine monohydrate. Cheap and effective

your body already creates creatine, you don't have to get it from food lol

but to answer your question the foods that have the most of it are fish and beef, but again it doesn't mean you can eat a bunch of fish/beef and magically raise your creatine numbers. it does not work like that.

If you want to get more creatine in, you are better off just to take a pure creatine supplement like Ancient Strength. Slamming steaks down to get more creatine in will not be the best decision.
