Cut or bulk?

Im 17 years old Male, 5ft 7in 165 lbs.

I used the online body fat percent calculator and came to a pbf of 19%

I lift 5 days a week a do 2-3 days cardio


Should i cut or bulk first?
 
17 years old you shouldn’t be worrying about bulk or cut, just eat clean bro.

You are probably fine to do either as long as you do it naturally for now. Just nail down your diet for your training needs.
 
Those online calculators are not very accurate so I wouldn't put too much emphasis on those readings.
I can be wrong but judging by your stats 19% sounds kinda high. If you are somewhat happy with the way you look in the mirror don't worry about it too much.

You are still young so I wouldn't recommend any radical cutting at that age. So keep lifting and eating well and enjoy the process for now.
 
At your age just look to be eating as much food as you possibly can while exercising!
