    Cutting isn't working for me?

Ok so here's the deal. I've been cutting for 3 weeks. I know not long but in the first 2 weeks saw a big lose in weight. This week I keep bouncing between 225 and 228. It's kind of discouraging. I workout 4 times a week and my supplements consist of protein and multivitamins. I don't believe the hype about fat lose supplements like hydroxycut and lipo6. I have also heard good and bad things about CLA. I'm very picky on my diet so that is good. I have a personal trainer that I meet with once a week and he doesn't believe in supplements at all. I was just hoping someone could recommend a product that will give me that extra push to cut weight.

the reason you stopped losing weight is because you are eating in a deficit. you lose weight initially then hit a wall. that is why eating in a deficit does not work. now the next step is you will gain everything back.

so you have to change up how you eat entirely. it isn't about calories in and out. that is why i wrote a couple great Ebooks in my signature on how to lose fat and lose it permanently.

as far as supplements you can use N2slin before your meals, it will help block fat.

You can't stay in a hard calorie deficit or your metabolic rate slows

Did you measure your BF% before you started? Muscle weighs more than fat. So you may just be replacing the fat with lean muscle. The numbers on the scale its what matters, so to speak. Also 3 weeks is still very short timeframe. Usually you'll want to do a 12 week program to see big changes. Only weigh yourself once a week. Give yourself time. Also, maybe remove the fats and sugars from your diet. You'd want to burn what you already have on you in reserves. Not what you're ingesting.
