    cycling creatine good?

I'm a natural lifter and I've been taking ancient strength creatine for 3 months daily. I've gotten really good results. nice recovery, my lifts are inching up and getting some decent size so I'm very pleased. should I cycle off of it for a bit to give the body a break, or can I continue taking it for another 3 months?

There is no need to cycle creatine, however you can if you feel like it.

There's zero point cycling it. It's in your body anyway and in your diet too.

You get creatine through your diet anyways so it doesn't make sense to stop taking it. It is cheap and effective so I would keep taking it.

Creatine is found in food. No need to cycle it
