    Cycling creatine for weight gain

    If you cycle for 4 weeks on and 2 weeks oof is that a good cycle if you want to gain weight?

    No, you don't cycle it. You stay on creatine taking it every day (don't worry about the loading phase, it is not necessary).

    creatine is already in your body and also in food

    plus the supplement is so cheap. so really you have no reason to cycle it

    The average Joe has, typically, 120g in their body. So you're NEVER off. Then it's in food (higher in dark meats). So you'd have to be dead and or starve to not have any present.So cycling does f'all. The ONLY time it is recommended you come off is, for some, in the last 1-2 weeks before competing when you're mad lean.
