i am a typ2 diabetic and i've struggled with weight all my life, now is the time i want to change though so am wondering if you guys can recommend any safe supplements a diabetic can take to help in fitness? i can't have anything that screws too much with my blood sugar or i will have to change my medications too much.

There really won't be a magic supplement to help but N2Slin is a great addition if you make the necessary lifestyle changes. If you are able to get your weight down and get healthy, you can reverse the disease.

I'd work on getting your weight down through diet and exercise. That will reduce your dependency on medication
