Difference between Carnitine and Creatine?

What are the differences in these two supplements is one better than the other or would you recommend both when I am in training ?
 
Apples and oranges my friend. I doubt you will notice much from a carnitine supplement since your body can produce it itself but creatine is a very good inexpensive supplement that has over 500 human clinical studies backing it.

The recommended dosage for creatine is 5g/day. Either get a bulk creatine monohydrate powder or a capsulated creatine supplement like ancient strength from n2bm.com
 
You cant go wrong with supplementing creatine with your workout its super effective and you only need 5mg a day. No side effects and you see results.
 
whats the diff between Tren-E and a Tran-ny ???

I heard they both come with some intense SURPRISES
