    Digestive enzyme

Hello I was hoping if some of you guys could suggest a affordable and effective digestive enzyme. I got a checkup (endoscope) and they said I had H. Pylori associated chronic gastritis. ( Side note- anybody ever have to deal with this, it kinda sucks.) I'm taking a Prevpac right now for the bacterium. I feel like I'm not getting all of the nutrients in my food. I feel like I've lost a little weight. So, I was hoping some digestive enzymes would help me break down and use the food more efficiently. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Instead of that try a pre and pro biotic.

inflammation of the gut is impossible to cure with drugs, even those idiot doctors will admit that

now the solution here isn't to consume foods which irritate your stomach along with an enzyme. that makes zero sense. it would be like putting more gas into your gas tank after someone put sugar in it. you want to instead change the way you eat from now on. learn fasting protocols, stick to low FODMAP foods. you can get this under control and live a normal life again if you follow my advice

Not my area of expertise but your doctor should be able to give you a recommendation or even samples.

I mean gut health obviously will rely on what you’re putting inside the stomach. If you put processed crap over and over inflammation is going to happen!

You won't need a drug for digestive enzyme, if you want an affordable digestive enzyme, go natural and try fruits. Fruits are the best cure for digestion problem. I recommend pineapples, papaya and mangoes for you.
