    A good quality probiotic goes a long ways. Antibiotics are heavily used in all commercial livestock and dairy. That kills the good bacteria in your digestive system

    You could look at what you're eating. More fibre, more fibrous carbs.

    I wouldn't use any supplements before making sure your diet is in check. It all starts from the the basics.
    Like Mobster already pointed out make sure you are getting enough fiber in your diet, eat more vegetables/fruits, drink plenty of water and so on...

    Gut health is in fact quite a complicated topic because there are so many things that can affect to it outside nutrition such as lifestyle related factors (stress/sleep).

    digestion problems are common in bodybuilding due to so many wrong foods eaten and too much, too often

    if you want to fix your digestive health you should start doing various types of fasting. also eat more watery fruits.

    a lot of the advice you see guys tell you on forums like take psyllium husk, or take probiotics are well intentioned but in the end they can make the problem worse
