    diuretics that are natural

I am a competitor who uses diuretics before my shows with a lot of mixed results. haven't quite figured out how to dial it in. i've used natural diuretics and also dyadize cause of its potassium sparing benefits. usually half a tab before and the morning of. if i overdose i look like a pancake, any advice?

the truth is it takes a lot of trial and error and timing when it comes to playing with diuretics ahead of a show. you should be working with a coach who can lend some knowledge on this and experience.

I would work with a coach on this. Using diuretics can be pretty dangerous so I would have an expert help you along.

I personally wouldn't use them. Water loading followed by water depletion a week out is usually more consistent and effective

Iíve heard that dandelion leaf(not the root!) is more effective than Lasix. I donít know dosage info, but Iíve seen this brought up in an interview with a highly credible coach.
